SCRIPTLIT™

The future of film and literature is ScriptLit.

A new era for storytelling

ScriptLit is a new literary and screen genre, screenplays published in book format you can actually read and share. No more waiting years for a green light from Hollywood - experience the story exactly as the writer envisioned, scene by scene, right now.

Screenplays in book format. Screenwriting as an accessible literary art form.

Writers, skip the gatekeepers.

Publish your script as a ScriptLit title, and earn income long before Hollywood calls. It's proof-of-concept powered by people, for the people, not executives.

Binge-read movies and TV shows.

Founder's note

I was raised in Europe on a steady diet of European, African, and American literature, films, and TV shows. I loved them all—yet I kept asking myself the same question: where are the stories that reflect the full spectrum of lives of people that look like me?Industry gatekeepers weigh “market value". Brilliant screenplays, vivid, daring and unapologetic never reach readers, let alone production.ScriptLit exists to change that.
We turn our screenplays into e-books and books that anyone can buy today, bypassing every barrier between writer and audience. No demographic quotas, no budget notes, no ten-year option limbo, just pure, cinematic storytelling released straight to the people who crave it.
If you’re a writer with a world the industry won’t “green-light,” bring it here.
If you’re a reader hungry for fresh perspectives and unfiltered voices, read on.
ScriptLit is a literary-screen movement powered by freedom, freedom to create, to discover, and to amplify narratives the mainstream still overlooks.
Together, we’ll prove that the value of a story isn’t set in a boardroom; it’s measured by the hearts it reaches.See you on the page,Delali Amegah — Afropean storyteller, founder of ScriptLit.
